Prof. Biyun Guo

Biyun Guo, Ph.D., Professor, serves as the researcher of Qinghai University-Tsinghua University Sanjiangyuan Research Institute, Master Supervisor, Postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University, and a visiting scholar at Michigan State University and Louisiana State University. She engaged in marine remote sensing and geographic information science research work. She presided over two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in the 973 Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the National Science and Technology Support Program, and the National Science Foundation of the United States. She published two monographs in Chinese and English, and several EI and SCI papers. Her part-time job in social academic organizations include: serving as the review expert of National Natural Science Foundation, AGU member, member of World Water Conservation Association.

郭碧云 教授

郭碧云，博士，教授，青海大学—清华大学三江源研究院研究员，硕士生导师，清华大学博士后，美国密西根州立大学和路易斯安那州立大学访问学者。从事海洋遥感和地理信息科学方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目两项，参与中国科技部973课题、国家科技支撑计划、美国国家科学基金项目等课题研究。出版中英文专著两部。发表EI和SCI论文数篇。社会学术团体兼职：国家自然科学基金评审专家，AGU会员，世界水保协会会员。
