Assoc. Prof. Zuopeng Zhao

Zuopeng Zhao is PhD, Associate Professor and Master Supervisor. He mainly engaged in the research on artificial intelligence, Beidou satellite positioning and mobile Internet of Things. He published a monograph, and more than 20 academic papers in important academic journals at home and abroad. Among them, seven papers have been indexed by SCI, as the first author, more than ten papers have been indexed by EI, and four national invention patents have been authorized. He won a Third Prize of Jiangsu Science and Technology Award, two Second Prizes of the Fifth Science and Technology Progress Award of the State Administration of Work Safety, and three Second Prizes of the China Coal Industry Association Science and Technology Progress Award. 

He has presided over the vertical projects and many horizontal projects such as the National Major Scientific and Technological Special Projects, the Key Research and Development Projects of Xuzhou City, the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province, the Youth Fund of Central Universities, and the Scientific Research Projects of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation. He researched and developed “Vehicle Positioning Monitoring System Based on Beidou Satellite Positioning” and “Vehicle Intelligent Video Active Safety Prevention and Control System Based on Beidou Satellite Positioning”, which are widely used in related business departments in the transportation field.

赵作鹏 副教授

中国矿业大学

      赵作鹏，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事人工智能、北斗卫星定位和移动物联网等方面的研究。出版专著1部。在国内外重要学术期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，其中第一作者被SCI收录论文7篇，被EI收录论文10余篇，授权国家发明专利4件。获得了江苏省科学技术奖三等奖1项，国家安全生产监督总局第五届科技进步奖二等奖2项，中国煤炭工业协会科技进步奖二等奖3项。

      主持了国家重大科技专项课题、徐州市重点研发项目、江苏省自然科学基金、中央高校青年基金、江苏省交通厅科研课题等纵向项目和众多横向课题。研发了“基于北斗卫星定位的车载定位监控系统”、“基于北斗卫星定位的车辆智能视频主动安全防控系统”，被广泛应用于交通领域相关业务部门。
