Prof. Tong Peng

Zhejiang Ocean University, China

Tong Peng, Professor, Doctor of Science, Postdoctoral Fellow of the University of York and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and Research Fellow of King’s College London and Loughborough University. He is one of the core members of the Maritime Communication Laboratory of Zhejiang Ocean University. In 2014, he was awarded the title of “Young Talent” in Brazil. In 2020, he was selected as a talent from “1000 Talents Plan” of Zhejiang Province. Prof. Peng is engaged in the teaching and research of wireless communication and network coding. His main research interests cover network coding, transmission optimization of IoT and big data, pre-coding of dynamic retinal data, and network design of deep learning and wireless transmission, etc. He has chaired one project supported by the Youth Fund of Brazil National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), and participated in three projects supported by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) as well as one project supported by the Ministry of Defense, UK (MOD). He has published more than 20 papers in many international academic journals, including IEEE TCOM, IEEE TWC and IEEE WCL, and in international conferences, with 19 papers being included in SCI, EI and ISTP. Prof. Peng also serves as a reviewer of many SCI journals such as IEEE Transactions on Communications/Wireless Communications and IEEE Communications Letters/ Wireless Communications Letters.

彭彤 教授

浙江海洋大学

彭彤，教授，理学博士，英国约克大学博士后，巴西里约天主教大学博士后，英国伦敦国王学院与英国拉夫堡大学研究员。浙江海洋大学海上通信实验室核心成员之一，入选2020年浙江省“青年千人高层次人才计划”，2014年获得巴西“青年才俊”人才称号。从事无线通信和网络编码的教学与科研工作，主要研究方向包括：网络编码设计，物联网大数据的传输优化，动态视网膜数据的预编码设计，深度学习与无线传输的共同网络设计等。先后主持巴西国家科学和技术发展委员会（CNPq）青年基金项目课题1项，参与英国工程和物理科学研究理事会（EPSRC）项目3项，英国国防部（MOD）科研项目1项。在IEEE TCOM, IEEE TWC与IEEE WCL等国外学术期刊与国际会议上发表论文20余篇，其中SCI、EI、ISTP收录19篇。担任 IEEE Transactions on Communications/Wireless Communications，IEEE Communications Letters/ Wireless Communications Letters等SCI学术期刊的审稿人。
